Sauce40 Drops New Single 'Eight'

Huntly native, Sauce40 has just had his first public release under his new moniker and label, Auckland-based None Entertainment, called “Eight”

Speaking about the song, Sauce40 explains that “Eight is about leaving behind my old ways and risking it all for something bigger than I could ever imagine.” His motivation to grasp the opportunity in front of him when he was signed is evident in the lyrics all over this track. “I wanted to just acknowledge my team and talk my shit. I’m paying homage to the key people that helped me out of the trap. I’ve made it out of a really small town in the north Waikato where only around 8000 people live, I got signed and now I’m getting a hold of more and more opportunities. How could I not do anything but go 150%?” 

Eight is an energetic, hard-hitting, aggressive but extremely motivational song. Sauce40 brings together just the right amount of grit and angst to bring the listener into his world, where he’s on a journey to reaching his goals.
