Gunna's 'DS4EVER' Debuts At No. 1

Gunna has the No. 1 album.

After a close battle with The Weeknd, the Atlanta rapper comes out on top. DS4EVER, the fourth and final instalment in Gunna’s Drip Season series, debuts at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 with 150,300 equivalent album units.

This marks Gunna’s second No. 1 on the Billboard 200 following Wunna in June 2020. Overall, DS4EVER is his fifth charting album and fourth top 10.

DS4EVER was released on Jan. 7 featuring collaborations with Chris Brown, Future, Lil Baby, 21 Savage, Roddy Ricch, and Young Thug. His Drake collaboration, “P power,” was added to the album on Jan. 13, the final day of the tracking week.

The Weeknd’s Dawn FM lands at No. 2 with 148,000 equivalent album units, just 2,300 units shy of the No. 1 spot. The 16-track album, which features Lil Wayne and Tyler, the Creator, becomes his eighth top 10 album.

A deluxe edition, titled Dawn FM (Alternate World), arrived on Jan. 12 with three additional songs including “Moth to a Flame” with Swedish House Mafia. A physical album will be released on Jan. 28.
