Wale Announces New Album 'Folarin 2'

The D.C. rapper has announced his first album in nearly two years, Folarin 2. The sequel to his 2012 mixtape Folarin is set to arrive this July, he announced on Twitter.

The album, which follows 2019’s Wow… That’s Crazy, has already spawned the Diddy-sampled single “Angles” with Chris Brown.

Wale’s mixtape Folarin dropped on Dec. 24, 2012 and featured the 3x platinum hit “Bad” with Tiara Thomas, plus appearances from Rick Ross, 2 Chainz, Nipsey Hussle, French Montana, and Jhené Aiko.
