Big Sean Says Kanye Owes Him $6 Million In Royalties

Big Sean is exposing his issues with Kanye West.

After calling him out for his “bitch ass” comments, the “Loyal to a Fault” rapper opened up about his relationship with Ye during his three-hour-long interview with “Drink Champs.”

Sean, who ended his relationship with G.O.O.D. Music this year, claims Ye still owes him around $6 million from what he describes as an “unfair” record deal.

In September 2020, Kanye announced that he was giving his artists back their masters, but that has yet to happen, according to Sean.

“That hasn’t happened yet but that would benefit me a lot,” said Sean, who called himself the “No. 1 earning artist on G.O.O.D. Music.” “If I was up Bs, if I was a man of my word and not just saying something to look good in that moment, I would pay my artists their masters.”

During his “Drink Champs” interview, Kanye blasted Sean for not supporting him during his bid for president. Sean says he tried to reach out to Ye but didn’t have his contact info and that he never publicly endorsed a candidate, despite Ye’s claim otherwise.

“What am I supposed to do, support somebody that I cannot even get in contact with at the time?” asked Sean.

He decided to finally break his silence because it’s been weighing on him. “It’s been bothering me and I’m tired of not being able to speak out,” he said.
