As Pop Smoke fans await the release of his album Shoot For The Stars, Aim For The Moon next week, more details have emerged about the posthumous project. On Tuesday, 50 Cent announced that a collaboration between himself, Pop and Roddy Ricch will be released soon, although he didn’t specify whether or not it will land on the album.

“New Pop Smoke Ft 50 Cent & Roddy Ricch soon!” 50 revealed.

Back in March, the rap veteran said that he would executive produce Shoot For The Stars, Aim For The Moon and called on Roddy, Post Malone and others to appear as features on the project.

The album was originally scheduled to drop last Friday (June 12). However, Pop’s manager Steven Victor and the late rapper’s family decided to delay its release to July 3 out of respect for the current police reform movement.

“Music is the tool of revolution. We have been watching, along with the rest of the world, as long overdue change starts to take root. We have seen Pop’s music become the soundtrack of the moment, unifying the masses,” Victor announced on Instagram. “Given recent events, we have decided to delay the release of his album out of respect for the movement.”
