Juice WRLD's "Death Race For Love" Debuts At #1 On Billboard 200
Juice Wrld has put hip-hop back in the top spot on the Billboard 200 chart as his new album Death Race for Love has debuted at No. 1 on this week's rankings.
Juice had an impressive outing for his first week. He moved 165,00 equivalent album units with 43,000 of the total coming from traditional album sales. The album logged the biggest streaming week for a hip-hop or R&B project in 2019.
The rapper recently said in an interview with Vulture that it took him 4 days to complete.
“When I got to that point. I recorded the album in four days. And it was like, after that, then I wasn’t self-conscious about dropping music no more. I wasn’t self-conscious about the album anymore…," he remarked.
