BlocBoy JB has been making waves on the net since 2017; the rapper's booming track "Rover" hit the net hard after being released in January this year, and has had some serious radio play with his track "Look Alive," featuring Drake.

Born James Baker, BlocBoy hails from Memphis, Tennessee; he's quickly becoming one of the lead up-and-comers out of a rowdy, eccentric rap scene in the city.

Most of BlocBoy JB's videos feature him hitting some sort of eccentric dance, doing everything from bouncing and jogging in place, to hitting a mean two-step. His signature dance, though, is the wild, leg-flailing "Shoot" dance, which was popularised in the "Rover" video, and has even the 6 God trying to replicate it.
