Earlier this month it was announced that Skrillex, A$AP Rocky, Skepta, and Lil Skies were heading to Auckland's Spark Arena this September for Listen In Festival. Collaborating with some of the best in the industry, we look at five hip-hop tracks Skrillex has been involved with.

Rick Ross and Skrillex teamed up on the Suicide Squad Soundtrack for “Purple Lamborghini.”  Rozay mentioned in an interview with Billboard how much he enjoyed working with the DJ. "“I love how he took my heavy beat, heavy grimy sound, and he added that electricity in that chorus,” he said. “As soon as I heard, it I was like, that's it.”

2. The Game feat. Skrillex - El Chapo

Prior to the song’s official release, Skrillex told triple j: I know that Kendrick has heard it and he loved it. It was a bootleg remix that I was doing. It wasn’t even official, and I didn’t really hear back [from Kendrick’s team], but then I played it live and I guess he and his camp heard it and were like ‘We need this.’

4. Vic Mensa & Skrillex - No Chill

One song you will definitely hear at Listen In is this. Acting as Long.Live.ASAP’s third single, this track marked Rocky’s first collaboration with Skrillex.

In an interview with Fuse TV, Rocky says "We didn't want to be predictable and do some cliche sh-t just 'cause," says Rocky. "It was like, 'Let's just hold off on that.' But then one day we were at his show and afterwards he's like, 'Let's hit the studio.' And there's a whole bunch of chicks around and I'm ready to have fun. But he's like, 'Let's hit the studio!' So we brought the party to the studio." He had the hook down, then I started my verses," Rocky says.

You can catch Skrillex perform all of his hits at Listen In Festival - Friday 28 September at Auckland's Spark Arena. Tickets can be purchased HERE.
